LeaseTeam's reporting solutions portfolio consists of unique tools that work together to provide a complete reporting, analysis, data extraction and distribution solution. These tools include:

Standard Reporting
LeaseTeam has created a selection of over 200 standard reports to run from within the portfolio management system, giving users more flexibility when it comes to reporting parameters and export options. Examples of available standard reports are: Trial Balance, Funds Roll, Non-Accrual, Cash Flow, Cash Receipts, Delinquency, Lease Concentration, Residual Realization, and Residual Recovery. In addition to these reports, the Detail Invoice can be set up and used instead of, or in addition to, your standard Detail Invoice print and re-print.

Ad Hoc Reporting
Crystal Reports is a comprehensive, powerful report writing program that allows users to create professional, complex reports. Its built-in calculation features and formulas are part of what makes Crystal such a popular program. It allows the quick creation of interactive reports using an intuitive drag-and-drop interface and object-oriented explorers. Report Experts and Wizards guide users through common tasks such as connecting to the data source, selecting fields and records, grouping, sorting and formatting. Reports created with Experts and Wizards can be further customized using easy drag-and-drop operations.

Report Distribution Manager™
LeaseTeam’s Report Distribution Manager (RDM) manages the delivery of reports and documents by helping you distribute reports quickly and cost effectively to internal or external users as well as business partners.

RDM provides a secure Web portal for publishing reports. Users with access to the portal can view reports on demand with the Crystal Reports Viewer, or you can schedule the execution of the report and distribute the report automatically via e-mail.  Reports and documents can be scheduled to run on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly interval and can be exported to Excel or PDF Format.

The reporting portal offers strong security. You can control which reports the user has access to through folder-level security that is tied to the user’s login ID and password. Row-level security is also available, which controls the data presented on the report and allows you to build a single report that automatically limits the information presented to what is appropriate for the user to see.

ClearView Portfolio Manager™

Report Database System™ (RDS)
The RDS tool is the central repository for all reporting data. The database structure was created specifically for reporting. RDS creates a snapshot of your database that you can use for reporting services without taxing your production server. Table and field names are designed to be intuitive and easy to negotiate. All data extracted by the Data Integration Modules resides in this database. LeaseTeam provides a complete Data Dictionary for front-end or back-end data to support designing new reports.
