Usage Based Invoicing

The Usage Based Invoicing tool automates invoicing when the charge is based on any type of measurable usage. Examples include cost per copy, cost per procedure and cost per unit produced. The product handles calculation of the appropriate usage based charge either by importing or manually entering the period usage amounts. All usage is historically tracked.

Option to establish a minimum payment. Minimum payments can be automatically invoiced at a user-defined interval.

Provides the ability to generate and historically track customer charges based on any type of measurable usage such as copies, procedures, units produced, hours or days.

Usage Based Invoicing has a function for importing usage amounts for automatic calculation of overage amounts, usage amounts can also be manually entered.



Option to apply lessor overage as a credit against rental and other open invoices or share with vendor/dealer in lieu of taking the overage to income.

Overage charge calculations can be performed using up to 10 quantity tier levels. This accommodates a declining price per unit for increasing usage levels.

Vendor minimum and overages can be tracked.
