Import Manager
Import Manager eliminates double entry by importing data from
third-party software into our back-end system,
bringing in the basic information to create a customer record, book a deal
and/or add equipment to inventory. For those lenders buying blocks of business, the Import Manager tool can be enormously helpful.
HOW?
The tool is designed to import information from a comma delimited (ASCII)
file into new or existing system databases. The Import Manager
options include contract file, equipment file, step schedules, guarantor
and customer file imports.
The customer
and contract imports are designed to make one new record for each line in
the comma delimited file. The equipment import is designed to allow multiple
pieces of equipment on one contract or multiple, off-contract pieces of equipment.
The creation of new addresses for alternate locations for a single customer
can be automated through the import process.
