CollectionsPlus can do all of this and more! CollectionsPlus assists with the management of important areas of your business, including customer relations, communications and cash management. CollectionsPlus eliminates the duplication of efforts associated with "off system" record-keeping and is specifically designed to identify delinquent accounts early, allowing quality customer service to improve cash flow and provide results.

Key Features and Benefits
CollectionsPlus is easy to use with quick access to customer or contract information. The collector can access the customer payment history, payment schedules, miscellaneous transaction schedules, open invoices, ACH information, contract detail, equipment information and history of all calls made to that customer.

CollectionsPlus will also give you the ability to automatically assign delinquent accounts to the collector's call list based on customer name or number of days delinquent, amount delinquent or user defined criteria. The call list can sort by different criteria such as the follow-up date, total exposure, past due amount, customer name, and more, allowing you to focus on more "urgent" accounts.

Reporting

There are several standard reports available within CollectionsPlus, including: Contact History, Collector Results, Follow-up and various agings. Reports can be sent to display, printer or file.

A data dictionary is also available with CollectionsPlus, allowing access and analysis of data with other ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) compliant products such as Crystal Reports.
