Document Management

In any business transaction, a number of documents must be created to communicate details and finalize the process. LeaseTeam's Document Management functionality lets users leverage information from the database to create documents throughout the application processing stage. Examples include letters, credit documents, contracts, billing, ACH (Automated Clearing House), insurance, UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) filing, sales tax and pre-book documents.

LeaseTeam's front-end application also provides the ability to generate proposal letters for delivery any time, to your sales staff, a vendor partner or the borrower, whether they are at home, on the road, or in the office. It has a unique rules-based documentation engine which generates complete document packages at the click of the mouse. Simply indicate which documents you want and leave the rest to the system! Or you may choose standard document packages from the document library.

Easy to Generate and Distribute
Document generation and electronic distribution in Microsoft Word or PDF lets you easily create and distribute your documents. Word documents can be edited on the fly, while PDF's cannot; each format has its own benefits. Furthermore, generated documents look exactly like your existing documents -- including customer formats and legal requirements.

Easy Assembly of Documents
The documentation features allow credit and operations staff to easily assemble the required documents and edit documents for those larger, negotiated transactions. When deals are ready for booking, seamless data transfer is available. Deals may be uploaded for booking into the back-end system.

Fast Management of Credit Applications
Once credit applications have been decided, a user can print all required documentation. All that's left to do is sign to close the deal. No time is wasted waiting for documents to be created by your administrative staff.

Document Storage
The system's Document Repository feature allows you to store documents for future reference. It provides a tool to store all types of documents, including Excel spreadsheets, Crystal Reports, Adobe Acrobat (PDF) documents and scanned images. Documents can be attached and tracked for a deal, equipment item, customer, guarantor or business partner. This allows you to easily find the document you need and view it online.

This tool electronically stores, organizes and manages documents, files and other business-critical information, providing fast, security-controlled access to information within an easy-to-use Windows/.NET-optimized system. It enables the capture, organization and delivery of fixed-content images, documents, reports and other business-critical information. With Documentum ApplicationXtender, you quickly access information from a universal desktop interface, enabling greater control over business documents, enhancing the quality of decisions, increasing customer service levels and improving employee productivity.

Convenient Online Document Checklist
Because you're working in a Web-based system, you can use the online document checklist to track your documents from generation to execution. This helps you to keep track of what documents have been generated, distributed, signed, etc., allowing better deal management and follow-up on approved deals.
