Loan Management Module

Loan Management Module (LMM) offers full loan accounting functionality. LMM allows you to structure your loans in a variety of ways. Interest can be fixed or variable, and compounding can be simple interest or monthly compounding. The amortization can be actual daily balance, fixed, or fixed with principal adjustments. Same as Cash or zero interest periods can also be set up.

Multiple up front events such as fees,
expenses, subsidies and rate participation's can be handled. The system can recognize the actual yield on the contract over its life while providing the ability to separately track the income and expense impact on each up front event.

This training class is designed to: show you the options available in the LMM, walk through all the setup necessary to begin using the module, and hands-on use working through several examples in LMM.

A prerequisite for attending this class is that the user has either been trained on LeasePlus in Omaha or onsite by an Account Manager; or the user must have a strong working knowledge of LeasePlus (especially understanding the Invoice Generate and the Cash Receipts Posting processes).

The cost to attend Loan Management Module training is $400/day per person plus sales tax. Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, registration is required for all training programs. Training dates are subject to change and LeaseTeam reserves the right to cancel a training class. If a class is cancelled, all registered attendees will receive notification two weeks prior to scheduled training.
