Implementation | In-Depth Systems Audit Reviews
A highly trained Client Services staff member will work with you during the implementation process, converting your data and taking your system live with as little disruption as possible.
Once you've been using your system a while, you'll want to review your processes to make sure you're using the system to its full potential. LeaseTeam offers in-depth Systems Audit Reviews to determine what's working, what's not and how LeaseTeam can help streamline your processes.
During this process, a LeaseTeam Account Manager will visit your company for 2 - 4 days and diligently review your processes. We will make sure your set-up meets our current system requirements and determine what off-line activities you are now performing that could instead be brought into the system and automated through our program(s). The LeaseTeam Account Manager will then provide you with a detailed written analysis showing recommendations for improvement.

Our training and service options work with customers' needs. Beyond our standard support policy, you can bring your data to Omaha and we'll review it and your processes locally.
You'll work one-on-one with an Account Manager on processing issues specific to you and your company without the potential interruptions bound to occur when we work with you at your location.
We can even discuss the possibility of customizing our software to perform a desired task to meet your business needs.

Some questions are better answered with the help of some visuals. When basic telephone support under our standard policy isn't enough, we can host a series of one-on-one online meeting sessions, billable by the hour, between you and a LeaseTeam Account Manager to cover in-depth specific topics of interest to you.
