Reports to the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy. Responsible for managing all Human Resources activities and initiatives to include employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, policy development, and management consultation.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Management, or related field or equivalent experience. Professional Human Resources designations strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 year progressive work experience in human resources. Experience in software or development/IT industry is a plus.

Responsible for the infrastructure operations, including systems analysis and maintenance, security, network operations and support, and systems configuration. Infrastructure includes hardware, operation systems, IP management, network and security. Also conducts routine maintenance, and customer environment deployments. Coordinates with Support to ensure that implementations regarding network and infrastructure security are reliable and fully understood and leveraged. Uses enterprise standards to ensure compatibility, up-time, and end-user access to platforms.
