Job Objective:
To assist with long-term growth strategy for the LeaseTeam product suite by evaluating new ideas and initiatives, developing detailed specifications in order to provide direction for programmers in development and provide quality assurance with knowledge and expertise on how the applications should function
We are looking for a candidate to coordinate all administrative functions for our SVP and sales team. This position requires an Associate degree in business, a certificate from a business college, or equivalent, and a minimum of 4 years experience in a sales administrative role, working in a fast-paced sales environment is preferred.
The right candidate should have a basic knowledge of Pivotal CRM or a similar customer management software product such as Salesforce, MS CRM, ACT! or Goldmine. This person should also have extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook. Also, must be willing to test for skill level.
We are looking for individuals who have a positive attitude, demonstrate a strong motivation to succeed in becoming an essential member of the sales team. Ideal candidates must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail and the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization and customers.
Strong organizational skills and customer service skills, both internally and externally are required. The ability to multi-task and take directions from multiple team members, yet perform work independently and in a timely fashion is also required. Knowledge and experience with a multi-line phone system is a plus but not required.
