UCC Direct Services & LeaseTeam: How it Works

Every day you prepare and file UCCs. All the data you need has already been entered into LeaseTeam's front-end system, so why enter it again? With AccessUDS™, you don't have to. LeaseTeam has created a link allowing you to access UDS's UCC filing service from LeaseTeam's front-end system with just the touch of a button.

The simplicity is in the process -- when you are ready to file UCCs, just select the UCC Export option, validate the filing instructions and complete the filing. Your data, as you originally and correctly entered it, will be collected for one convenient transmission to UCC Direct Services via e-mail. Your UCC is created, filed and your acknowledgment is on the way. The UCC Direct integration is a module designed to export the customer, lease and equipment information -- which supports the UCC filing -- out of LeaseTeam's back-end system. UDS will use that information to produce the UCC filings. UDS will then provide a file containing the UCC document numbers, etc. that will be imported back into the system.
