MicroBilt & LeaseTeam: How it Works
The process is simple. When you're ready to pull credit reports, just select the MicroBilt option in our sales origination software, then choose the required reports and submit. The request is transmitted via the Internet, and in mere seconds your reports can be viewed online.
You will continue to receive a bill from each of the respective credit bureaus exactly as you have in the past and will, as always, be responsible for the reports accessed.

Is
the Internet Safe for Transmitting Confidential Data?
LeaseTeam and MicroBilt utilize secure 128-bit SSL encryption technology for the transmission of data. In addition, MicroBilt stores your subscription codes on a secure server away from Internet access by anyone else.
When your company makes a request, a MicroBilt member ID number is sent in the header information of your data. When your credit request reaches MicroBilt, the member ID number is stripped out and replaced with the appropriate subscriber code for the bureau.
The request is then routed via a Virtual Private Network to the bureau where the newly attached subscriber code identifies your request and the bureau sends back the credit report data to MicroBilt, which then forwards the results to LeaseTeam's origination system. At no time is your subscriber code on the public Internet.
